Why people switch to us

Why Phoenix homeowners switch to Desert Elite

Desert Elite is run by a former commercial helicopter pilot, so every clean runs like a pre-flight: a crew that has trained together, a written list, and nothing signed off until it is done. Professionals, not cleaners.

Rated 4.9 by 156 homes on Google

One team that learns your home

The same trained professionals come every visit. By the second clean they know the stone that needs the gentle cleaner, the room you care about most and where the dog waits. Recurring homes keep their team.

A written checklist, signed off room by room

Every service has its own list, down to the baseboards, the fan blades and the inside of the microwave. The team works it top to bottom and walks it with you before they leave.

You will always be able to get hold of somebody

Call the office and a person picks up. Move a date, add a room, skip a week or change a gate code without chasing anyone.

Anything missed is put right

Tell us and the team comes back to re-clean it within 24 hours, or at the first time that suits you. When something goes wrong we fix it quickly, and you hear about it from us first.

Our specialty

Deep cleaning and move-out cleaning, done to the last line

The two cleans that take the most care, and the two our teams are proudest of. Each has its own list, its own time on the clock and a team that has done it many times.

Truly an amazing company. Called them on Sunday to schedule a move out clean on Monday. It was a short notice but they were able to work with me. The two ladies who came to do the clean were so professional and the attention to detail was phenomenal. Highly recommend this company.

Who runs Desert Elite

Owned by a pilot, run like a flight crew

Jake Arnold spent years flying commercial helicopters, where nobody skips a line on a checklist because they are in a hurry and nobody flies with a crew they have not trained. Desert Elite runs the same way. Every home gets a list, every team is trained on it, and if a line is missed, we come back.

Questions Phoenix homeowners ask before booking

How soon can you come?

Pick the date that suits you when you book and you will see what is open. Short notice is worth asking about: tell the office the date you need and they will say plainly whether a team can be there, rather than booking you in and hoping.

What happens if I need to move or cancel a visit?

Call the office or reply to your confirmation. We ask for 72 hours of notice to cancel. Moving a recurring visit does not change the rest of the schedule, and there is no contract to unwind.

How much does house cleaning cost?

It depends on the square footage of your home, the service you book and the condition the home starts in. Prices start at $184 for a standard clean, $259 for a deep clean and $349 for a move-in or move-out clean, for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom home under 1,000 square feet. Quotes are free, and the office can usually give one over the phone.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes. Equipment and products are included. If you prefer specific products, leave them out and tell us.

What about pets?

Pets are welcome. Tell us their names and where they like to be so the team can work around them.

Do I need to be home?

No. Many clients use a lockbox or a code. Keys and codes are held by the office and logged per visit.

Come home to done.

Book in about a minute. Pick a service and a date, and a team is scheduled. No contract.
