What we ask for
The basics every applicant needs
- You are 18 or older and allowed to work in the United States
- You are willing to complete a background check before your first visit
- You can get yourself to homes across the Valley
- You are fine with physical work through a full shift
- You work as an independent contractor and carry your own liability insurance

Interview
If your experience fits what we are looking for, the office invites you to an interview. We talk through your experience and track record, and how you would handle a few real situations.

Background check and test clean
Every Desert Elite cleaner is background checked before their first visit to a home. Then you do a test clean, and we ask the customer how it went.

Start with smaller homes
New team members begin with smaller jobs and take on larger homes as they show consistency.
